Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping — Free on all orders over $49. Flat rate $4.99 on orders under $49. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your package has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window: 30 days from delivery date. Eligibility:

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Keycaps must not have been installed on a keyboard
Sale items are final sale

Process: Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please photograph the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
